Feeling, being and living the life you want to be live starts here.

There are many ways we can feel trapped – jobs, families, relationships, obligations, or even from the stories we’ve been telling ourselves for years. Although situations can feel right at the time, we may soon find they keep us living too small, too safe, or too stagnant. We feel like we are settling.

And settling is no way to live.

All of your discontent is telling you something is off. That feeling is the lingering reminder that you are stuck. The more you ignore it the stronger it gets. It’s time to trust your discontent.

You deserve to live the life you want to live. And, you have every right in the world to live your life, not just tolerate it.

Even though you are not sure now how to get unstuck or what it all actually means, you do know for sure you’re ready for something different.

Get ready to find out what that is.

I have a casual yet straightforward approach to coaching my clients through these types of situations. I like to get right to the nucleus of the struggle by encouraging you to lead and own your power to choose.

We are going to stir the pot, get real, and work with a strategy that will get you where you want to go.

Whether it’s a personal or professional challenge you’re facing, if this resonates with you, it’s time to trust that smoldering, restless spark in your gut and allow it to breathe.

The way I see it, you have two choices – smother the flame and lose the light; or feed it, watch it grow and glow to reveal your path.

Which will you choose?

Why Should You Consider Whole Life Coaching?

The more I work with clients, the more I hear people say they knew they were unfulfilled and unhappy but they just weren’t quite sure why. Well, the why is because the default mindset of “protect and survive” took over. Our brains are designed to keep us safe so change is out of the question – it is uncertain and scary. Our minds tell us we have no choices, no control, or no right to do something else because it’s protecting us.

We have to reframe what change means to the brain and have it be felt as something exciting and positive vs. scary and negative.

Coaching is the process to learn how to move forward. We will focus on you – your emotions, feelings, and dreams; your voice, heart, and soul. And, you will likely realize you already have within you what it takes to make those intentional choices to create the life you long for.

What will we do, exactly?

Framework For Whole Life Coaching

Every coach has their own system for working with clients. At Coaching to Fulfill Dreams, I want my clients to know my expectations, our schedule, and what it is they want to get out of our relationship. Here’s how it goes:

Your Program

Together, we create a customized program to suit you and your agenda.

Consistency

Regularly scheduled 45-minute sessions by phone every other week so you know exactly when our calls will be.

Revelation Exploration

We will communicate in between those sessions via text, email, and/or Voxer to discuss those light bulb, a-ha moments you will have.

Check Ins

Spontaneous messages from me to prompt introspection and reflection for you.

Working one on one, you will begin to see yourself in a new way. Identifying your strengths and values will become the framework. I will be your trusted partner to clear out your limiting beliefs and share your fears. Once you become aware of what’s holding you back, you will discover that you are, in fact, able to break free of them. As you continue to build those skills, your confidence will build as you aspire to become all you imagine yourself to be.
