As much as I try to be positive and optimistic, sometimes life gets in the way. I always know that everything happens for a reason, but it’s super challenging to maintain a positive, optimistic vibe all the time.

When I find things challenging, I have been going to vlogs and Youtube and reading articles to gain any kind of insight on how to help myself, and my clients, move past those saboteurs.  We truly are our own worst enemies, and when we can find things that can help us move beyond our own insecurities and our own mindset, that’s when we can really learn to shine and be the best that we can be.

So, today I want to share some of my favorite tools that I have found that I simply love and talk to my clients about all the time.

  • Mel Robbins: ‘The 5 Second Rule’  – Definitely check her out. Get her book.  She has amazing insights on how to snap yourself out of those habits to break free and start moving your life in the direction you want.
  • Mark Sephton: ‘Plot Twist’ – This book offers a way to learn how to deal with those unexpected situations that pop up. It’s humorous and wonderful.

And, on a slightly different note:

  • ‘365 Life Shifts’, featuring yours truly, gives you 365 powerful examples of significant shifts in the lives of over 250 contributing authors. Things that we don’t know are going to be life shifts when they are happening, but after the fact, when we can look back and be so grateful for the experience.

If you are interested in learning any more about these books, my website has a link to ‘365 Life Shifts’, or you can find it, and Mel Robbins and Mark Sephton, all on Amazon.
